Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Clinic Headshots (clinicheadshots.com) and the purchase of AI-generated professional headshot services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Clinic Headshots provides AI-generated professional headshot images based on photos you upload. Output quality depends on the photos you provide. Results are delivered digitally; no physical prints are included unless separately stated.

2. Accounts and orders

You must provide accurate information when placing an order. One-time plans are charged once at checkout. Unlimited plans are billed monthly until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

3. Your photos and license

You represent that you own or have rights to the photos you upload and that they do not infringe third-party rights. You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely to generate and deliver your headshots. You retain ownership of your original photos. Subject to payment, you receive a commercial license to use the generated headshots for personal and professional purposes (badges, directories, LinkedIn, applications, etc.).

4. Acceptable use

You may not upload unlawful content, images of minors without legal authority, or use the Service to create misleading or fraudulent identity materials. We may refuse or remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Refunds

Because generation consumes compute immediately after payment, sales are generally final once generation has started. If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery, contact us and we will work in good faith to regenerate or refund as appropriate.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." AI outputs may vary and may not match any particular studio aesthetic. We do not guarantee acceptance by any third-party platform, employer, or credentialing body.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
